Wilder Park at Allison Iowa in Butler County
The park is located on east edge of Allison with Highway 3 Entrance
15 sites have been reserved; anyone coming in on
Wednesday, June 24, will have free camping that night.
All sites have 50 Amp electric (and water?); there is a dump
station.
A new shower house was constructed in 2008.
A mostly-enclosed shelter has been reserved for the length of
the rally.
Camping fees for 2008 were $11.
Some of the park's features are Frisbee golf, a walking trail,
12 miles of hard-surfaced bike trail to Shell Rock, two fishing
ponds, and a wild flower prairie.
